Deep fried Oyster Mushroom with Lao Gan Ma Mayo

Marinated Beef Satay with Sweet soya and Coriander,Served with Sambal Kecap.

*Tuna Gohu:

Indonesian style Tuna Tartare with basil mayo,lemon dressing and crushed peanut.

Main Course:

*Iga Sapi Bakar with Nasi Jeruk 

Grilled Beef Oxtail with Lime Leaves Rice and picked cucumber

(Optional):Shiraz, Ned & Henry´s, Barossa Valley

Dessert:

Pisang Aroma

*Caramelized Banana Wrap with Vanilla Banana Ice Cream.

(Optional): Moscato, D´Asti

Menu with 5-glass wine pairing menu, 895kr.

Til takeaway, bananis bliver ersttatet med banan creme.

This menu can be ordered both in the restaurant and takeaway (the same price).

For takeaway, banana ice cream will be replaced by banana cream.

Vi kan godt lave menuen om til dem med mad særlig behov eller madallergi, men vi skal vide det i forvejen. Tak.
